Spray show from today. In my last couple of sessions I’ve been noticing my upper body getting stiff before I started my move. Today I was focusing on just keeping my upper half loose and letting the athlete in me take over. Also working on keeping myself upright for as long as I can be. Results are starting to come. Day by Day.
