You better be strong, physical, tough, have playable tools and be highly competitive.

Makeup separates dudes that “can play” Yes, coaches want players with WINNING MAKEUP, they can trust. They love those dudes.

BUT

Don’t ever think you have value athletically, as a player, just because you’re a good and/or nice kid.
