Good feels here. I’ve really been working on feeling my back hip controlling my forward move. Turning my front leg into a “hover” move. I’ve been presetting my back hip so that I can go from my spot. I also shortened up my set up to really feel myself gaining ground to hit against my front leg. I’ve also been doing a ton of closed off swings like I posted yesterday talking about over rotation. I’ve been keeping everything to short stop. Now I’m gonna start slowly moving from line drives at short to center then slowly start climbing up the cage while having good spin.
