You you cant stop Popping Up
Its not because your dropping your shoulder…
Its not because your under the ball…
It has nothing to do with your upper half…
It has to do with your LOWER HALF…
You are popping up because of a weak lower half,
Your body is not being controlled in your forward move
Which is making you jump towards the ball, which makes you steep or
makes you collapse, which then makes you pop up..
Most of the time.. sometime it could be the upper half..
HOW TO FIX!!!!
Work on keep your head and hips behind the ball, instead of trying to get on top,
Think low grounder the other way,
So catching it deep??
YES
Catch it deeper, stay back and start driving the ball
