5 months agoHitting Group What’s up fellas, I want you all to take a listen to this 45 second video. We’ve been talking a lot about the mental side of the game and how important it is. This is a video of Jose Fernandez from a post game interview in 2015 after the WORST START IN HIS CAREER. Even though he is a pitcher and has to wait 5 days to pitch again, he talks about preparing and getting ready for this next start. As hitters, we have to be ready for our NEXT AT BAT… and if it’s a bad game, look forward to your next game! You’re going to have another 3-5 at bats that day, so why dwell on the last game? I think this is a great video to watch especially as young players🔥
