      Wanted to send this video in today for you guys to take a look at. Notice how well Harper (and many other big league hitters) stay behind the ball, ESPECIALLY on off-speed pitches. Once our frost foot strikes, we should be staying behind the line like Harper is in this video. Take a look at some of your own swings recently and see how well you are doing this. Staying “behind the ball” is extremely important for our adjustability and power fellas.
