TIMING!!!! – The most important thing

It’s a skill gentlemen. Having a feel for your swing vs the ball

Many players have great swing, but poor timing… and then they blame the swing!

Often we work on being so QUICK (which i love), but timing wise they wait too late then think that they need to be quicker, and that’s why they are missing pitches.. meanwhile, you just need to anticipate earlier and set your eyes out in front more!!!

As we start seeing harder velo, timing just becomes even more important.
