      What’s up guys!! I want you to take a look at this video of Trout. Pay attention to where he starts, and where he is at in his “launch position”. Trout is able to crush any pitch thrown at him because he gets in this position CONSISTENTLY. In the second video, you can see how he’s able to hit this homer to dead center BECAUSE he is in a position to do damage. Even though he starts tall in his stance, he’s consistent with getting to his spot!! Make sure this is something you guys are focused on when you are looking at videos of your swings/at bats!
