Yes, why wouldn’t you do this drill everyday, When I caught I did this drill everyday about 100 times, I didn’t throw the ball 100 times but I worked on my foot work

This Change literally changed my swing
First off, changes do not have to be complicated they can be very simple and in this case
It wasWhat happened was I always had an issue with my hips sliding forward and that made me lose power
But I never could figure out what the issue was…
Until I figured it out!
(The simple change was this)
I stopped landing…
