Good rep from today’s throwing session. Main focus in maintaining that back leg in a good strong position and rotating late into that lead leg block. Pitchers, don’t lunge towards the plate. Rotate late and fast!

Pitchers! Here is a great drill to really learn how to use your legs on the mound. Use either a 2,4, or 6 pound med ball and do 3 sets of 4 reps. Lower stress on the arm and great for working on staying closed and transferring energy from the ground up!!!
