It’s a skill gentlemen. Having a feel for your swing vs the ball
Many players have great swing, but poor timing… and then they blame the swing!
Often we work on being so QUICK (which i love), but timing wise they wait too late then think that they need to be quicker, and that’s why they are missing…

What’s up guys!! I want you to take a look at this video of Trout. Pay attention to where he starts, and where he is at in his “launch position”.
