Hitting Group 4 months agoSwings from over break and late November. In the blue shirt low line drives through the middle of the cage and then an elevated hit pull side. In the red shirt, it looks like bat gets in the zone pretty steep, could be because of a low/inside pitch. Lmk adjustments if needed

As we’re starting to get off school this week fellas let’s start grinding!! Time off from school means time to work!! Let’s get really active on the app this week and start sending your lifts and swings in here!
I will be videoing all my training this week for not just personal use but also to hold myself accountable! We’re not 10 years old…
